These Terms of Service regulate the access to and use of Sonaris Wealth systems, tools, and investment platforms. By registering an account, you represent that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in their entirety.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Sonaris Wealth platform, website, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sonaris Wealth.
2. Description of Services
Sonaris Wealth provides automated wealth management, algorithmic trading bot access, cryptocurrency wallets, conversion services, and investment packages. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice.
3. User Eligibility & Account Registration
To use our platform, you must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to complete any required identity verification (KYC) procedures. Failure to provide complete KYC information may limit your access to deposits or withdrawals.
4. Account Security & Passwords
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (passwords, support PINs, 2FA codes) and for restricting access to your devices. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Sonaris Wealth will not be liable for any losses caused by unauthorized access to your account.
5. Investment Risks & Disclaimers
Wealth management and asset trading carry significant financial risk. By selecting an investment package, you acknowledge that past possible outcomes do not guarantee future returns. Sonaris Wealth is not a registered bank, and funds deposited are not protected by standard government deposit insurance schemes. You should only invest capital that you can afford to lose.
6. Deposit & Withdrawal Conditions
Deposits must be sent from accounts in your own name. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with your investment package rollover periods (typically 24 to 48 hours). Currency conversions between local currencies (such as Gourdes) and standard assets (such as USD, BTC) will be calculated based on our internal exchange rates determined at the time of processing.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the platform for any illegal activities, including money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or market manipulation. Any attempts to reverse-engineer, exploit vulnerabilities, or disrupt our systems will result in immediate termination of your account and referral to law enforcement authorities.
8. Termination of Accounts
Sonaris Wealth reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and freeze any associated wallet balances at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for breach of these terms, suspicious activities, or regulatory compliance requirements.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sonaris Wealth operates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that region.
